If A Criminal Breaks Into Your Home, Which Would You Rather Have, A Gun Or A Phone?
According to this man who won a lawsuit against Washington DC on their 30 year ban on hand guns, you can have a phone to call the police, but by the time they get there, they will be taking a picture of your dead body. If you have a gun, there is a better chance that you will not be dead.
Is this man right?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyoLuTjgu…
By the way, the National Academy of Science investigagated 100’s of studies, and could not document ONE a single gun regulation that reduced violent crime, or murder.
What say Gun-Control advocates about that?
Isn’t it Barrack Obama who wants law-abiding citizens of America, to give up their 2nd ammendmant right to bare arms?

I would much rather have a gun than a phone …by all means.
I’m getting a right to carry permit, I would rather be alive than dead.
By the way do you know what happened to Barry?….I’m lost without his stared questions….can I be your friend?

id take the gun.
i mean with a gun the guywhos robbing you is gonna be scared and you have a better chance to live if he has a weapon like a bat or a knife
i mean with a phone.
yeah you call for help then he kills you
gun you can kill him first and chances he/she would still attack you a slimmer.

Yes ,that’s what he wants Also he wants to sit down and talk to the terrorist, Real cool fella HUH? As to your question. Give me my gun, and no, one will be able to take most peoples guns. people like my husband, have one in the{hole,} just because of crap like this. Guess there will be a lot of illegal guns in hidings huh. ?

I’ll take the phone. There are plenty of other things that can be used as weapons in a house and no one in my family or anyone else visiting my home will be injured or killed accidentally, as happens so often, every day.

A gun. You really can’t count on law enforcement being there to protect you. The only thing you can count on from law enforcement is traffic tickets and DWBs.

I’d rather have a gun. I’m not going to allow my family to be hurt because some idiot was too lazy to get an education and a job.
Mark J on Fri, 27th Nov 2009 12:53 pm
Depends. If you are good with a gun, then yes. If you are not, then it is actually MORE likely that you will be killed.

I collect swords and knives, roughly 1/2 of which are “functional” — loosely translated, burglar loses at least a hand.

Remington wingmaster 12 gauge pump in my closet will work nicely…or my 9mm baretta 92F if I want to put 15 holes in him…lol

I would rather have a gun to defend myself than wait on policy who may show up in 10-55 minutes depending on the circumstances.
No, he thinks it should be left up to the state and municipal governments to dictate what types of guns should be allowed for personal ownership.
He is against semi-automatics, wants to increase STATE restrictions on posession and wants child locks put on all guns….especially hand guns.
He is against concealed carry laws though, this is something I whole-heartedly disagree with him on……but thats one minor aspect IMO. There are much more important issues at hand.

I think my sword scares the crap out of most poeple. But I would rather have the gun between your choices. Mostly cause I know how to shot, can shot well enough not to kill but would disarm them.
And as for gun control. Its BS! If I want to buy a gun, I should be able to. I am all for waiting periords and what not, but to never buy a gun? I would just buy it black market then. Its not hard. I have owned LAWs and RPGs. I have even had C4 and once had a 50 cal machine gun (untill my mom found it in the closet)
So gun control just takes guns away from the poeple who want to buy one legal. Not from the crooks

I’d rather have a phone, I have plenty of guns, thank you very much.
one more gun on hand, isn’t going to get the mess cleaned up.
You do notice that gun control, and gun ban are completely different right?
you state your argument with gun ban scenario, then attack gun control advocates, which most don’t even support gun ban.
And no, Obama has already stated that he didn’t want to ban guns, or make more laws o restrict responsible gun use, only crack down on irresponsible gun use.
Maybe you should start listening to more fact than fiction.

Since when is not having the ability to buy an AK-47 at the local 7-11 a violation of the second amendment?
Listen kid, we have had MANY democratic presidents and congresses and we haven’t taken your guns way yet.
So quit trying to scare people into thinking they will. Worse that is going to happen is Obama reinstates the assault weapon ban that was in place under Clinton.
This ban is something most LOCAL police approve of because they can’t take on criminals who are buying AK-47s and AR-15s at local shops. A bullet proof vest means nothing to those weapons and cops are getting killed.
